Ash has beautiful cracks like patterns. All plates get their own unique character, the pattern naturally varies depending on how the fire affects each barrel while it is burning. This is a factor in manufacturing that makes it impossible to create two identical plates - something we see as an advantage. It is also available in a smaller size 19cm with us.
The shape is a little shallower than the Carita series.
